Pastinaken sind bei uns ein absolutes Muss in der Winterküche. Ob kalt oder warm Pastinakenchips schmecken immer. Kurz in der Butter angebraten, entfalten die Pastinaken ihr volles Aroma, das herrlich süßlich, würzig und angenehm nussig schmeckt. Die Zubereitung ist nicht zeitaufwendig und so ist schnell eine leckere und gesunde Beilage zu jeder Mahlzeit gezaubert. Pastinakenchips-01

Zutaten Pastinakenchips-03

  • 500 g Pastinaken
  • 20 g Butter

Zubereitung Pastinakenchips-04Pastinake schälen, waschen, trocken tupfen und der Länge nach in Scheiben hobeln.Pastinakenchips-05Butter in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen und die Pastinaken von beiden Seiten portionsweise gold anbraten.Pastinakenchips-06Bei Bedarf kann man die Pastinakenchips mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mir schmecken sie pur am liebsten.Pastinakenchips-07Die fertigen Pastinakenchips in Schälchen geben mit etwas Dill dekorieren und servieren.
